New M720 at FISK Seafood

Velfag in cooperation with Fisk Seafood is now trying out a new big fish filleter for various species of fish. A lot of new and noteworthy items and solutions are in this machine,  The machine is now in a testing sector at Velfag and is to be transferred next days to Fisk Seafood´s factory for further trials and installation. Machine is designed to fillet big whitefish up to 150cm and 16kg+ (4-5kg fillets).

The machine it designed so it can be transformed for medium size fish and even small fish if fish size changes in the future or for different markets.
